Bibby Financial – New Managing Director

Bibby Financial Services announced the promotion of Graham Plater as Managing Director of Bibby Financial Services, South. As the new Managing Director, Plater will develop cash flow solutions for small- and medium-sized businesses. This is part of the company’s growth plans in the Southern region. Plater will report directly to Leigh Lones, CEO, Americas.

Plater has over 34 years experience in the finance industry. Graham,Plater-Bibby-Financial-ServicesHe joined Bibby Financial Services in 1997 and served as a Business Development Manager and Sales Director in Slough. He also has taken senior management and sales positions in the UK, such as Managing Director, and Regional Managing Director. He was awarded as the winner of top Sales Director in 2001 and 2002. Before serving Bibby Financial Services, Plater held top-level executive positions in a number of top companies, including Lloyds Bank, Wespac Banking Corporation and UCB.

“Graham brings 17 years of experience in invoice finance to his new role in the South region of the Americas,” says Lones. The CEO added that he is confident Plater will lead the team with his proven track record of success and expertise in business finance.
