Newtek Hires Susan Streich as Chief Risk Officer

Newtek Business Services, Inc., The Small Business Authority®, announced that Susan Streich will be joining the company as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Streich brings with her over 30 years of experience as an executive-level finance professional. She has extensive experience initiating and leading national small business lending departments ensuring their compliance with federal and corporate requirements.

Prior to joining Newtek, Ms. Streich was employed at Booz Allen Hamilton. Newtek-logoThere, she held the position of Senior Advisor, Project Lead and Subject Matter Expert for several government clients, including the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund, State Small Business Credit Initiative Fund, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. She also served as a Director at Capital One Bank with an overall loan production exceeding $1.5 billion. She also was President of Transamerica Small Business Capital.
