Masciantonio Joins CapX Partners as Associate

CapX Partners, a specialty finance company, announced the hiring of Taira Masciantonio as an Associate in its Chicago office. As an Associate, Ms. Masciantonio will assist with investment underwriting and portfolio management. Her responsibilities will include assisting the Partners provide creative financing solutions to middle market companies in various industries, working with both private equity sponsored and venture-capital backed companies.

According to Barrett Carlson, partner at CapX Partners, “Taira’s background in credit-risk Cap-X-Partnersand industry analysis, and debt restructuring will add value to the depth of experience we bring to our clients.” The company is excited to have Ms. Masciantonio on board since she will make a great addition to the team.

Prior to joining CapX Partners, Ms. Masciantonio served as Analyst at PNC Financial Services Group, first in the Corporate & Institutional Banking Development Program and then within the PNC Business Credit unit. The new Associate has years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and corporate finance. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
