TD Bank Names Vallorosi Franchise VP/Team Leader

TD Bank announced that Michael A. Vallorosi has joined the company as Vice President, Team Leader in the Restaurant and Franchise Finance Group based in Ramsey, New Jersey. He is responsible for leading and managing a team of loan originators providing financing to restaurant franchisees across the TD Bank footprint.

Mr. Vallorosi has more than 25 years of experience in banking and lending and is one of the Michael-Vallorosi-TD-Bankmost experienced Leveraged Finance Professionals in the industry. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served TCF Bank as Vice President, Business Leader in the Restaurant and Franchise Finance Group. He started his career with Wall Street as a formally trained credit/financial analyst and later became the credit manager of a multi-billion dollar asset business. Mr. Vallorosi has extensive experience in helping high net worth business owners finance their businesses across the United States. Currently, he serves as a nationally recognized Business Leader within the Franchise Finance Sector and has helped publicly traded companies, including FINOVA Capital, First Franchise Capital, and TCF Franchise Finance become leading financiers in franchising.
