Raymond Dugdale Joins Optima Bank & Trust

Optima Bank & Trust welcomes Raymond W. Dugdale as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer in its Dover loan office. As Vice President, Mr. Dugdale will be responsible for providing commercial loans for small businesses and investment real estate, including the utilization of state and federal lending programs. Prior to joining Optima Bank, Mr. Dugdale served as Vice President at CDC New England for three years.

An SBA specialist, Mr. Dugdale brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial Raymond-Dugdale-Optima-Bankbanking in New England working with small businesses; real estate purchases and refinances; and Small Business Administration lending programs. His background includes extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and commercial real estate lending.

The new Vice President is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and has obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Keene State College.
