American Business Lending, Inc. (ABL), a Dallas-based, non-bank participant in the Small Business Administration 7(a) lending program, welcomes Jeffrey Joyner as Vice President and Lead Business Development Officer in Chicago. Mr. Joyner has many years of experience in banking, commercial finance, and commercial real estate in the Chicago area. In his new role, he will utilize his relationships and network resources to provide SBA guaranteed loans to small businesses operating in Illinois, North Carolina, and Georgia. He will oversee that small business lending via the SBA 7(a) program is available for eligible projects, including purchase and business acquisitions, refinancing, construction, renovation, and expansion.
ABL looks forward to having Mr. Joyner to its lending staff. “He is enthusiastic about the SBA program, has seen its benefits for previous clients and is ready to join with an established non-bank lender that is growth-oriented,” commented Charlie Bell, ABL’s Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining ABL, Mr. Joyner served as Commercial Real Estate Finance Officer at Commercial Mortgage Broker for three years. In addition, he held several executive-level positions at Wells Fargo, GE Capital, Mike Long & Associates, and Sprint Nextel.
Mr. Joyner earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
