Eagle Bancorp Montana Promotes Dale Field to SVP

Eagle Bancorp Montana, Inc., the holding company of American Federal Savings Bank, announced that Dale Field has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Field first served Eagle as Vice President, Commercial Lender in 2001, and later was promoted to Vice President, Chief Credit Administration Officer in 2011. Prior to Eagle, he held the position of Business Banking Officer and Vice President, Branch Manager at US Bank in Nevada.

Mr. Field is one of several executives recently promoted in Eagle Bancorp Montana, Inc. Eagle-Bancorp-Montana“These promotions will provide us with a better structure to manage our size and footprint across the state, as well as position us for managing additional growth. It recognizes the importance of the risk management function and also separates the credit administration function from the lending department,” said Peter J. Johnson, President and CEO.

Mr. Field earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from Montana State University.
