Coastal Community Bank in Washington announced the hiring of Melissa Hemrich as Vice President and Business Development Officer. Hemrich is based in the Bank’s Snohomish branch.
Hemrich brings to her new role over 18 years of experience in the banking industry. She specializes in commercial lending, community banking, and customer service.

Prior to joining Coastal Community Bank, Hemrich served as Manager and Vice President of the Banking Center at Opus Bank in both the Lake Stevens and Marysville branches. Before that, she worked as a Branch Manager at First Heritage Bank in Marysville.
In addition to her career, Hemrich is active in the community. She serves on the Board of Directors at Sherwood Community Services and the Lake Stevens Lions Club. She also volunteers her time at the Marysville Cooperative Education Program, and Everett Youth Hockey.
