Course Description
The credit enhancement offered through the SBA loan guarantee enables participating lenders to sell off a portion of their loan production to meet revenue targets or balance sheet liquidity. It may be important to smaller banks that depend on the flexibility SBA lending offers. Likewise the 504 first mortgage secondary market can empower banks to make competitive decisions without draining precious liquidity, or accommodate client needs without tying up too much capital in a long term asset.
This short video series teaches bank managers, credit chiefs, senior lenders and business development officers how to navigate through the selling decision, loan buyers, and process to meet your SBA lending objectives more efficiently and profitably.
