Community Bank of Santa Maria Promotes Curt Davis

Jim Glines, CEO of Community Bank of Santa Maria in California, announced that Curt Davis has been promoted to executive vice president and chief credit officer. Davis has more than 34 years experience in community banking.

Glines disclosed that Davis is a good fit with “Santa-Maria Style Banking” of doing business. He praised Davis’ character, experience, and integrity with the Bank. Davis Curt Davisfirst served the Community Bank of Santa Maria in 2003 as a commercial lender. In 2006, he was promoted to senior vice president, and then as executive vice president/loan administrator in 2011.

Davis earned his bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. He then graduated from the Oklahoma University Commercial Lending School in Norman.

When asked about his experience with working at Community Bank of Santa Maria, Davis said, “It is a privilege to work for a bank that truly instills customer service philosophies that sets us a part.” He added that he enjoys creating relationships and helping customers with their banking needs.
