First Independent Bank Promotes Kelley

First Independent Bank announced the promotion of Zach Kelley to Assistant Vice President, Loan Officer in the commercial real estate lending department. Mr. Kelley joined the Bank as a Credit Analyst in 2012.

In a statement, Executive Vice President and Regional Zach-Kelley-First-Independent-BankManager Bob Francl said Mr. Kelley has proven himself to be an asset of the First Independent Bank team. He added that, “His promotion to assistant vice president is well-deserved and a result of his contribution to the bank.” Prior to his tenure in First Independent Bank, Mr. Kelley served Western Alliance Bancorporation as Commercial Loan Officer. He also held several positions in different companies, including Director at CART Farms where he developed business plans and established a network of urban micro farms on vacant lots and underutilized lands. He was also a Data Analyst at Dayton Valley Turf, and an Associate in Silicon Valley Bank.

Mr. Kelley earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University. Since 2010, he has been a member of the Northern Nevada Business Forum, and he is a participant in the 2014 Leadership Reno Sparks class.
