
First Landmark Bank in Marietta, Georgia has elected commercial real estate lender Mike Kinion as Senior Vice President. In his new role, Kinion will continue to take a lead role in real estate lending in Cobb and bordering counties, serving builders and developers with acquisition and development loans, construction loans and other related lending.
A commercial lender, Kinion has worked with business owners, builders, developers and professionals for more than 25 years. He specializes in small business lending, loan origination, and mortgage lending.
“Mike is one of the top commercial real estate lenders in Cobb and Cherokee counties,” said First Landmark Bank President Stan Kryder. “He is an experienced real estate lender who has forged relationships with builders and developers in our market for over 25 years, and we are pleased to recognize his significant contribution to the bank during the past four years.”
Prior to joining First Landmark Bank in 2012, Kinion served at SunTrust Bank Atlanta for 24 years. Before that, he was a Mortgage Loan Originator at Home Banc FSB for five years.
