
The First Bank of Greenwich is pleased to announce that Shawn L. Gregory has joined the business as Vice President, Senior Commercial Lending Officer. In her new role, Gregory is responsible for providing financial solutions to the Bank’s existing and prospective commercial clients.
Gregory brings to her new role 30 years of banking experience. She specializes in commercial real estate, construction and commercial and industrial financing and she has a strong credit background.
Prior to joining The First Bank of Greenwich, she served as a Vice President, Senior Commercial Lender at Newtown Savings Bank. Previously, she was a Vice President, Commercial Lending at Union Savings Bank, and she spent 13 years at Bank of New York, where she last served as an Assistant Vice President.
In addition to her career, Gregory is an active member of the community. She has volunteered for the United Way of Western Connecticut’s Resource Development Committee & Financial Coaches program. Also, she has served as a mentor in the Danbury Schools and Business Collaborative. She is a regular participant in Fairfield County based Chambers of Commerce events and an active member of the Stamford Chapter of The Real Estate Finance Association.
Gregory earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York at Albany.
